In so many ways, the education I received in New York City makes me appreciate, love, and see my homeland of Haiti in different perspectives. These diverse and multiethnic approaches that my mother New York City cradled me with have inspired me to think that Haiti my home forever will stand once again even under the most tragic circumstances.
