Description

NINE MONTHS WILL TELL BOOK TWO IN THE STORM LORD TRILOGY SERIES ---a paranormal romantic fantasy Werewolves & Shifters Suspense Paranormal Werewolves & Shifters Romance In Chapter Two, the continuation of the Storm Lord Trilogy finds Angelica Thompson and Sheriff Kevin Connors expecting their first child. Her pregnancy came as a surprise to her and Kevin because it was precisely nine months after their defeat of Ethan Knight in Chapter One of the Storm Lord Trilogy series. The question now is whether the Storm Lord lost his life in their final battle in the first of the series or somehow survived the epic encounter. Throughout the book, significant events taking place appear to threaten the life of Angel's first child. Is she too old, past the age of 39, to give birth? She wonders if it's just her age. Is there a problem with her child? Angel doesn't want to know if it is a boy or a girl. She was ready to have the child naturally and gets closer to her full term but wondered if that was such a good idea. The expecting mother lives with pain day in and day out. She experiences dreams that are, once again, so real, she can never get more than an hour or two each night of sleep. Angels appear in her dreams. Demons appear in her dreams. Death occurs in her dreams! In the last two weeks of her pregnancy, she realizes her child's life is threatened by outside forces. Has the Storm Lord returned to her dreams...but, wait? Is he real? Who did she and Kevin kill in their first encounter if it wasn't the Storm Lord? In the first book, Angel and Kevin begin their life together like a storybook fable. Kevin is the knight in shining armor she meets and protects her and comes to her rescue when the Storm Lord threatens to take her life. She is beautiful with auburn hair that crowned her head to the middle of her back. What can we say about Kevin? He is the handsome and courageous divorced sheriff of Black Rock Cove. As in all fables, these two are made for each other. But will they stay together when Kevin finds out the real truth about Angel? Unfortunately, their lives, far from being made perfect, become complicated. Because of the nightmares, which don't seem to end, she never finds a moment to complete her second novel in the Storm Lord Trilogy series. Angel continues to discover more of the enchantments that hold her hostage. Why do all of the villagers in Black Rock Cove turn their backs on Angel when she came to town? Why was it the FBI investigators continued to disappear overnight when in town to investigate the disappearance of so many children? Why were her nightmares getting stronger each day as she got closer to having her first newborn? Why was Angel's talisman beginning to glow again? "She stood up and peered out the window. It's not like when she lived in Denver. The window, for the most part, was her only connection to the outside world. Without it, she would feel like she was in a tomb. Already it was as quiet as a mausoleum. A movement in the shadows had her frozen. Wait. It's no more than a rustle, but lately, because of her dreams, in this failing light, her heart was on a hair-trigger. More noise came from the front porch. Angel reached down and rubbed her pockets on her warmups, looking for her pepper spray, but both were flat! "Jesus Christ! Where did I leave my spray? Kevin is always getting on me for not carrying it with me!" Freddie Krueger, move over. There's a new name in town! ETHAN KNIGHT.

Author Biography:

Sidney St. James began writing his first novel, In the Face of Adversity in the spring of 1995. It was the beginning of four books in his Faith Chronicles Series following a family from Oldenburg, Germany traveling to Texas in 1845 and face many adversities along the way to establish a new life in a new country, TEXAS. His second in the series was The Rose of Brays Bayou, a true story written from the memoirs of Dilue Rose Harris of the Runaway Scrape in Texas. His third in the series is Faith - Seventy Times Seven, a true story about the first ordained woman minister in the State of Louisiana and how she found forgiveness for twenty years from an abusive and alcoholic husband. His fourth in the series, Seeing the Power of God, is a story about a young man who fell from the sky fully grown and has trouble finding Christianity when the only book he has ever read is one based on Hinduism. Thirty-six more novels follow his first series in Science Fiction, Creative Nonfiction, Romance Suspense and Thrillers, and Religious genres. He also loves to play matchmaker in his paranormal romances and young adult series, transporting readers to a place where the bold heroes have endearing flaws, the women are smarter than they lead on, the land is lush and untamed, and chivalry is alive and well. He lives near Sun City in Georgetown, Texas with his wife Barbara and a cat named "Fluffy" and he can occasionally be found wearing a tie... and I do mean "occasionally." His latest release "LET ME DRIVE" is his 38th novel.
