Gameplay is fantastic. The combat plays well, the spells are nicely varied and imaginitave, and a fairly large world offering over 40 hours gameplay including side quests. Graphics are less than you'd expect from current technology, but if you can ignore minor details the scenery is quite beautiful, and most of the game was well made. The main problem I found was the fishing mini-game. The ingame tutorial was awful, and it took over a quarter of an hour before I was able to catch myself a tin can. There's only one point in which you have to go fishing, and aside from that it's truly a brilliant gaming experience I would highly recommend to any action/adventure fan; even the usual sceptics of Square Enix games.
