I found this game to be highly enjoyable, albeit difficult.
The graphics in this game are simply the best I have seen in a game of this genre, and the weapon effects are spectacular, as are the gigantic explosions that are a result of destroyed ships. Sound is also spectacular in this game.
Gameplay was easy to learn, with a well-made interface, allowing you to command a fleet of large spaceships with ease, but the game was difficult at times, but I find difficult games highly satisfying.
As well as the excellent graphics, sound and gameplay, the game has an immersive science fiction story to go along with it.
The only negative aspect of this game is that it easily crashes on lower-end systems, but this isn't enough for me to lower my rating.
I highly reccomend Nexus: The Jupiter Incident, easily a full five stars.
