She is a highly ranked presenter and trainer on negotiation, human resources, and a variety of legal topics. Lynn has worked for a national engineering firm, a major telecommunications company, a boutique mergers & acquisition firm, and even had a short stint with an award-winning advertising firm. As the leader of a corporate Legal Department of a national company, her team was awarded the top corporate service department several times by the company's business unit leaders for offering timely and creative legal services in a high-paced environment. She did this by adopting a Be a Resource, Not a Roadblock philosophy for herself and her department. In 2014, Lynn was designated a 40 Under 40 by Ingram's Business Magazine in Kansas City. She is a proud alumnae of Kansas City's Centurion program, a highly-selective program of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce which educates and develops emerging leaders. Lynn currently lives in the beautiful Black Hills in Rapid City, South Dakota. She's married to a man who smiles and winks at her when he tells others that he married better than she did. She has a son who is smart and funny and, as a pre-teen, still seems to like her.
