Author Biography:

Peter is a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts and has worked in many top class hotels and restaurants around the world. Among the many awards he has received for his work is the prestigious Annual Award of Excellence. Peter owns and runs The Healthy Life, a natural food shop and cafe with its own demonstration theatre. He also runs an evening restaurant in Devizes, Wiltshire, called The Bistro. With both of his establishments, Peter upholds his policy that all products must be fairly traded and as close to their natural state as possible. He gives cookery demonstrations around the country and has appeared on numerous television shows, including Channel 5's Dinner Doctors with Jenni Trent-Hughes.
