Author Biography
Stan Sloan is president of VIC-Vermont, a private consulting firm, visiting scholar at Middlebury College, and founding director of the Atlantic Community Initiative. An internationally recognized expert on defense and foreign policy, he has over thirty years of experience as a government policy analyst.
