The geodes were really hard to open, it doesn’t come with any tools to help open them. I tried to use a chisel but but ended up just smashing it with a hammer, this worked ok, split into 2 big pieces with a few smaller bits. One of them was a bit disappointing on the inside, not as hollow and crystal filled as the box promotes. Still a lot of fun.
Needed a hammer and chisel and a lot of brute strength and hence didn't split nicely. Wouldn't buy again.
