With the volume Constitutional Documents of Italy and Malta 1787 1850, the collected and annotated Italian constitutional documents of this epoch are now available for the first time. This publication contains over 150 Italian constitutional documents, beginning with the pre-revolutionary constitutional projects of Tuscany (Pietro Leopoldo Stati, 1787) and ending with the draft constitutions for the Kingdom of Lombardy-Venice (Statuto Costituzionale del Regno Lombardo-Veneto, 1850), published here for the first time. The first of two part-volumes contains the national constitutions and, in alphabetical order, the regional constitutions from Ancona to Lucca."
