Awesome book. I've gained much better understanding about food groups and serving portions. Healthy and sustainable way to treat your diet. Lost almost 1kg in the first week (though she didn't recommend to check scale too often :) Lots of yummy recipes which is a bonus!

I’m enjoying going through these and have tried a few os far. Love the Katy apple muffins…a meal in themselves. Recommend this cookbook highly.
I have read the book from cover to cover and have started her twelve week plan this week. Really looking forward to trying all the yummy recipes.
I had ordered this Cookbook from local library and as I had bookmarked every page, I decided to buy it & with Nadia Lim being a N.Zer products can be easily found in the Supermarkets containing lots of Veges and recipes so easy to follow.

Great service and products
Such a great cookbook – filled with healthy meals that are actually easy to cook and not filled with ingredients that are super expensive or hard to find. Plus there's heaps of vegetarian recipes and lots of other tips and tricks
It's great to find a cookbook with really useful and sensible advice on how to lose weight in a sustainable way. Lots of great information not only in the recipes (nutritional info etc) but also exercise and plans to suit different goals. Would highly recommend and can't wait to start the 12 week plan!

I'm loving my first Nadia Lim Cookbook! This book is great if you are trying to be a bit more healthy, loads of yummy recipes for all times of the day, her smoothie recipes are amazing too! Highly recommend this book for your collection! :)

I love this cook book. Lots of healthy and delicious foods for all meals and snacks. Great information on exercise and nutrition as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking to maintain a healthy, well balanced diet.
Let me start with saying that I own all of Nadia's cookbooks and love them, this is my least favourite of them all! I understand that it is a healthy diet book, but I was not inspired as I normally am with Nadia's books. Sorry!
This book has awesome tips & fab recipes. Much healthier options to balance your lifestyle. All the ingredients are easily sourced & it follows easy step by step instructions. Some of the recipes took me back to my last visit to South East Asia.
