Katie Katay loves to write inspiring children's stories that are full of fun, sparkly moments and humour. She is the author of the Fun Mop of Hair series: My Unruly Mop of Hair, My Amazing Mop of Hair and My Incredible Mop of Hair'. She's originally from San Germán, Puerto Rico, and lives with her husband and two children in Orlando, Florida. She has a master's degree in Spanish and a Certification in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Central Florida.
