Hari is known globally as one of the pioneers of modern Indian cuisine. He has published five cookbooks. He is based in New York City VIKAS KHANNA is a michelin starred chef, restaurateur, cookbook writer, filmmaker and humanitarian. He has authored over 35 books. He is one of the judges of Master Chef India. He is based in New York City
