She spent years as a criminal prosecutor before she moved to Los Angeles, where she worked as a legal consultant and writer for television shows including Law and Order, Conviction, and Canterbury's Law. She writes the Boston-set Abby Endicott legal thrillers, beginning with Mission Hill.
