Mentors In Blackness contribute to the preservation and celebration of Black identity and culture. By sharing our own stories and experiences, we can help foster a strong sense of self-worth, cultural identity, and community engagement among our mentees. We can guide mentees in embracing their heritage, developing a positive self-image, and leveraging their unique strengths to thrive. One of the key benefits of having mentors in Blackness is the ability to provide culturally relevant guidance.
