This book is a great introduction to both meditation and applications for anxiety.
The guided meditation is excellent. The suggestions and visualizations are somewhat generic, allowing the individual to follow along without being over-directed.
Appreciate the wide range of applications as well as the sample meditations to help get going on the right path. Since this is also available on audio, looking forward to that as well for the meditations.
The author helps you to relax and open, make the connection and sense it quite well, and leaves you with the knowledge that those you've connected to continue to be with you after the meditation is over.
