Melrose Omega Fish Oil + Vitamin D is a good source of essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through diet.
Essential fatty acids and vitamin D are common nutritional deficiencies, and Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin which makes it a perfect combination with this fish oil, which is infused with natural citrus that is pleasant to use.
