Description

'Sinead Moriarty has a gift for unwrapping a good plausible tale and creating likeable characters that you care about' Irish Independent 'Give yourself a break from the doom and gloom and get stuck into this cracker of a novel' Image It's been years since Julie had a full night's sleep. She's devoted to her family, but with four boys under five, it can be easier to relate to strangers in an online mums' forum than her glamorous sisters. High-flying lawyer Louise has been independent since turning eighteen. After one drunken mistake leads to consequences way outside of her comfort zone, can she finally ask her sisters for help? And gorgeous Sophie's diamonds-and-champagne lifestyle is falling apart at the seams. She can hardly bring herself to tell the other two how bad things are. The Devlins might not always see eye to eye, but they might have more in common than they think . . .

Author Biography:

Growing up, Sinead Moriarty was inspired by watching her mother, an author of children's books, writing at the kitchen table. Her childhood dream was to write a novel. It was at the age of thirty, while working as a journalist in London, that she began to write creatively in her spare time - after work, at lunch times ... and, truth be told, during work hours. Her first novel, The Baby Trail, a bitter-sweet story of a couple struggling to have a baby (inspired by her own early difficulties conceiving) was published in 2004 and has been translated into twenty languages. Sinead Moriarty's novels have sold over half a million copies in Ireland and the UK. She has won over readers and critics telling stories that are funny, humane, moving and relevant to modern women. She lives in her native Dublin with her husband and their three children.
