Author Biography:

She is a certified career transition coach, a professor of management at the University of Tampa, a certified trainer for Connected Leadership programs, has been recognized as a Thought Leader by the International Society of Performance Improvement, and was named the Tampa Bay HR Consultant of the Year for 2017. Jennifer has been published in HR Magazine and featured in Fast Company magazine, USA Weekly, HR.com, and BambooHR.com. She writes exam questions for the SHRM-SCP exam and was an editor for SHRM's 2016 Learning System. Jennifer is a national SHRM faculty member; a regular speaker at regional, national, and international events and conferences; and the author of SHRM's eight-book series on behavioral competencies: Making an Impact in Small Business.
