Re-create the amazing stories of the Marvel Universe! Each player takes control of a team of super heroes, including great characters like Spider-Man, Wolverine, The Hulk, and more. At the same time, each player directs the schemes of a Mastermind Villain, such as Dr. Doom or Magneto, planning an apocalyptic plot to conquer or destroy.
Managing your team of Heroes, you must decide how to best use each Hero's individual abilities as you confront the dangers and crimes that super villains are unleashing on Manhattan. Controlling your Mastermind Villain, you manipulate and support lesser villains while waiting for the right opportunity to strike directly at your nemeses!
Every game features allied characters from all over the Marvel Universe, and a fearsome rogue's gallery of infamous super opponents. Different scenarios, Super Hero Team Power-Ups, and villainous Master Plans influence the gameplay, making the Marvel Heroes Strategy Board Game a colorful gaming experience, as exciting as the stories themselves.
Twenty detailed, fully painted 40mm figures represent 16 Marvel Super Heroes and 4 of their most dangerous Arch-Enemies. A full-color, illustrated card describing each character's amazing abilities and powers accompanies each figure. More than 200 cards, special dice, and a huge board of Manhattan re-create the Marvel Universe on your gaming table in a way you have never seen before!
