Author Biography:

WUU-LONG LIN is currently Chief, Enterprise Management of The United Nations and Adjunct Econometric Professor at Baruch College, CUNY. He has been serving the United Nations for 20 years and has traveled to approximately 30 developing countries to provide technical advice on development planning, public finance, and enterprise management. He is the author of seven books and booklets. THOMAS P. CHEN is Associate Professor of Economics and Finance at St. John's University, New York./e He specializes in economic development, international trade, economic forecasting, and technological changes. He has lectured in Taiwan and China and served as a consultant to various agencies.
