Mark Ockelton is Vice President of the Upper Tribunal and also sits in the Crown Court and High Court, UK. Meleri Tudur is Deputy Chamber President of the First-tier Tribunal (HESC and SEND), and a Deputy High Court Judge, UK. Nicholas Wikeley is an Upper Tribunal Judge and Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of Southampton, UK.
