MAKIN' IT: A STORY OF HOPE tells of "Tony," his troubled life, and the U-turn he made to real hope for the future. Tony didn't know his father, hated his abusive step-father, experienced trouble in school, used drugs, joined a gang, committed crimes, and was locked in jail several times. But Tony came to know two people who helped him figure things out: Drayton, a young uncle who overcame what Tony experienced and was doing well; and Camile, a pretty girl with her own troubles who caught his eye.
