Author Biography:

Deborah Galiffa Fliehman is the founder and president of Creative Technical Resources, Inc., a marketing communication, advertising, and sales promotion agency. She and her team have worked on thousands of projects with hundreds of clients representing more than twenty industries. Debbie has received awards and recognition for authoring Customer Retention through Quality Leadership; film production; marketing communication and advertising materials; campaign development; and her contributions to business. She held marketing management positions for two Fortune 500 companies, was an adjunct instructor at a local college; served as a public information officer; and was a columnist for a business publication. Her company is certified through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the United States. She has an MBA from Lake Forest School of Management and an MS in marketing communications from Roosevelt University.
