This volume contains research on the optical and photoelectric properties of wideband ZnS, La2S3, La2OsS and InP semiconductors. On the basis of this research schemes are proposed for the energy levels in the forbidden band associated with both intrinsic defects and activators together with the primary electron-hole transitions related to the excitation, capture and recombination of non-equilibrium carriers in these compounds.
