This superb stereo program was recorded during the performance of Luciano Pavarotti, in the presence of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, at the Royal Albert Hall on 13th April 1982 during a Gala Concert in aid of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra National Appeal. Arias include 'Nessun Dorma' from Puccini's 'Turandot', 'Una Una Furtiva Lagrima' from Donizetti's 'Elisir d'Amore' and 'Fra Poco A Me Ricovera' from Donizetti's 'Lucia di Lammermour.' Conducted by Kurt Herbert Adler.
