Author Biography

Professor Jennie Brand-Miller is an internationally recognised authority on carbohydrates and health. She is Professor of Human Nutrition at the University of Sydney. Kaye Foster-Powell is an accredited practising dietitian, providing consultancy on all aspects of the GI. Together Jennie and Kaye have authored 17 titles in the worldwide bestselling New Glucose Revolution series. Philippa Sandall is a writer and editor who specialises in food, health and nutrition. Anneka Manning is a food editor and consultant who contributes to Good Living (Sydney Morning Herald), VOGUE Entertaining + Travel, Diabetic Living and Weight Watchers Australia. She is currently the food consultant for the Heart Healthy Living magazine and a regular co-host on 2UE Radio's A Taste For Life program.
