We love being self wellness. Through our evolutionary growth, we empower ourselves by believing in our higher attributes through affirming our focused intentions in a consistent and loving manner. Our beliefs are only our repeated and practiced thoughts. Thought becomes. In consciously changing our thoughts we change our life right now. Every thought, belief, choice, action, experience, response, and result is derived and created from our free will choices of either love or fear as shown in our book's 144 love fear parings. What we fear, we experience. All fear is effortlessly and successfully transmuted and changed with love. We instantly dissolve all non-productive energies that may be attached and transmute and transform them simply and immediately with our powerful love energy within. Practiced and experienced often enough, our new thoughts bring us all that we have ever dreamt possible, and so far beyond. We are the vibrating attractor of every experience we have. We harmoniously resonate love being self wellness. We can do anything. Our destiny lies within us, and with our love or fear choices we create every now present moment. Life is what we make it.
