Sonia Acorn is Associate Professor and Associate Director, Academic Programs, in the School of Nursing at the University of British Columbia. Penny Offer is Director of the Adolescents/Young Adults Program at the G.F. Strong Rehabilitation Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia.
