Description

Is it possible that a little rock can teach us about destiny, identity and purpose? David & Goliath is a beloved biblical story that has shaped the hearts and minds of many generations. It tells the account of an unexpected hero named David that courageously defends his people and takes a stand for his God, against the taunting presence of a seemingly deadly giant, named Goliath. Singer, songwriter, worship leader and author, Aline Marin, found herself drawn to the story within the story; one she had neither seen nor heard before... Little Rock, the story of David and Goliath from the rock's perspective. At first glance, you may miss it, but if you creatively tilt your perspective and look through the lens of a child, a whole new world of wonder and inspiration awaits. The story was God-breathed into Aline's heart after a wonderful time in prayer. Though the words came within minutes, the story was years in the making. Readers of Little Rock will resonate with the book's exploration of simple, but profound spiritual principles and will be able to dive deeper with the included identity devotional. You and I are the character of Little Rock. Our stories in God's hand can help free and heal the world around us. Little Rock will inspire adults and children alike to step into their God-given destiny dressed in their true identity.
