Description

Do you want to help your child think through challenges with a little more imagination? Little Lu runs into a few kid-sized trials like not wanting to practice piano or having to help her crying baby sister. Not always fun, right? But Little Lu's imagination turns on as she dreams another way to view each situation. Little Lu's dreams help her think about everyday challenges in creative ways. Her dreams even help the people around her! As one reader says, "Such a hopeful, and delightful read. Little Lu doesn't stay stuck in her troubles but daydreams lively solutions to her sticky situations. Her joy and spark flow over to the other members of her family. The illustrations draw you in and leave you smiling at the end. We all can learn to be dreamers from Little Lu." Join Little Lu on a quest to see each challenge through the lens of imagination.

Author Biography:

Leah is married to her high school best friend and is mother and homeschooler to four children. Ever since Leah's first son was a baby, she found herself writing from a child-like and wonder-full perspective. She joyfully steps into a child's shoes and shares their mind, heart, and sense of humor. She encourages us all to let our imaginations have fun. As she tells her stories, you will find yourself being taken away on the wings of all that could be! Her titles include Our Heaven Baby, a book about miscarriage and the hope of Heaven; Little Lu Learns to Love; Little Lu the Dreamer; and the first book in the Road Trip Tales series, The Tree Guardian: A Tale of the Sequoia Forest.
