Lisaas Lines is a group of poems written over a span of many years about life experiences. The majority are drawn from real-life events, although several are fictitious. I think the honesty of the poems reflects the true emotions that everyone encounters in life situations. I hope to convey the message that, though life can be challenging, faith can help us endure the heartaches and disappointments as they occur. Mostly though, I hope to show that life is filled with blessings of many kinds if only we take the time to recognize and appreciate them.
