Author Biography:

Lisa Yuskavage received her B.F.A. from the Tyler School of Art (Temple University) in 1984 and her M.F.A. from the Yale School of Art in 1986. Work by Yuskavage is held in major museum collections, including The Art Institute of Chicago; Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles; The Museum of Modern Art, New York; San Francisco Museum of Modern Art; Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam; and the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York.  Christopher Bedford is the Henry and Lois Foster Director of the Rose Art Museum, Brandeis University. Katy Siegel is Professor of Art History and Chief Curator, Hunter College Galleries. Catherine Lord is Professor Emerita of Art, University of California, Irvine.  Suzanne Hudson is Assistant Professor of Art History and Fine Arts, University of Southern California, Dornsife. Siddhartha Mukherjee is a cancer physician and researcher, as well as an assistant professor of medicine at Columbia University and a staff cancer physician at Columbia University Medical Center.
