Sandra van Schijndel has been working with food for many years. When her own health deteriorated because of vague complaints, she started the search for the right food for her. The step towards different, pure food was a revelation! She recorded her experiences in a book with many recipes in an easy-to-follow programme. The Paleo principle goes back to the eating habits of our ancestors. Pure food made sure the body functioned perfectly. They didn't know any better then because processed foods just didn't exist.

Author Biography:

Sandra van Schijndelstarted her working career with giving dance lessons. For a number of years she has worked as a choreographer from hiphop to latin. She started working at a fitness centre: teaching a classroom full of eager members. She had found a new goal! Pushing people to the limit! She became an all-round sports instructor with an emphasis on strength training. After giving birth to her daughter she started having some vague physical complaints. Many tests did not give any results. So she thought itwas psychological. She started looking for possible solutions and found them in the more conscious use of food; knowing what you eat.
