Author Biography

Lindsey Taylor is a Senior Lecturer in Leisure, Tourism and Business and GNVQ Coordinator at Yorkshire Coast College. She was involved in the original pilot GNVQ and worked extensively with the Awarding Bodies in the development of the revised qualification. She continues to work with the Awarding Bodies on a range of leisure tourism and hospitality qualifications and is a Principal Examiner for Edexcel Lindsey has worked in marketing consultancy and as a personnel and training manager for Forte Hotels.
