Description

It is September in the English Lake District, and there are no daffodils and certainly no lonely clouds. The new seasons' lambs are on their way to dinner plates, but a young man from the south has arrived, as frisky as a newborn 'Herdwick'. Join Steve in this wild romp around the Lakes, in a funny and touching tribute to new friendships formed in this glorious Cumbrian landscape.

Author Biography:

Steve has been visiting the Lake District for 40 years. His professional career is varied and includes forensic science, medicine, teaching, and more recently a career in tourism and heritage in London. This is his debut novel, written as a tribute to his beloved Lake District countryside.
