Author Biography:

Janice McDrury is an educator and health researcher at Otago Polytechnic, Dunedin, New Zealand. She has 17 years' experience as a nurse educator and is a Senior Lecturer. Maxine Alterio is a staff development coordinator at Otago Polytechnic, Dunedin. She encourages practitioners from a range of disciplines to use formalized storytelling techniques.
