Children are remarkable for their ability to quickly and easily learn massive amounts of new information. It is proposed from recent research that the key behind this ability to rapidly process is the neurotransmitter GABA. These recipes are predominantly healthy with nut and other common allergens absent from the sandwich fillings and school snacks unless otherwise indicated.
