Winston then finds himself diving very deep into the Cleveland underground scene, before ultimately pitching the magazine company an idea that he would not only set out to cover the final stages of Outlaw Country Music, but Country music in general as we approach the 100 year anniversary. After getting approval from the magazine, Winston eventually luck's out and finds himself right at home attending a concert to see the legendary David Allan Coe perform live.
