Vontver, MD Professor Emeritus Director, Division of Education University of Washington School of Medicine Seattle, Washington Sharon Phelan MD, FACOG is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of New Mexico Health Science Center - School of Medicine. Vern Katz, MD is affiliated with the Center for Genetics and Maternal-Fetal Medicine in Springfield, Oregon. He served as associate chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Roger Smith, MD is a Professor and Vice-Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the UMKC-Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Vicki Mendiratta, MD is an Assistant Professor and Director of Third-Year Clerkship in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
