As an international managment consultant, executive coach and author of numerous leadership articles, Heather specializes in working with clients, in their setting, with their team, dealing with their challenges Heather is particulary enthusiastic about developing the knowlegde, skills and considence of front line leaders - the supervisors - the ones most often charged with building the expertise of the team.
