Author Biography:

Heather Hughes is president of HH and "Your" Company, a leading Human Resource company operating throughout North America and the United Kingdom. Heather is passionate about building learning organizations; places where employees at all levels see possibilities to improve the way in which they work and interact with others and take the steps to pursue new avenues. As a result of her in-depth experience and training Heather has developed numerous workshops, retreats and team-building experiences that have helped her clients take their businesses to greater success.
