In 2005, Leo Sullivan burst onto the literary scene, taking it by storm with his mega-hit and #1 Essence Best Seller, Life. Since that time, Sullivan has penned national bestselling novels Dangerous and Innocent. To date, he has sold hundreds of thousands of books, an amazing accomplishment by any measure; however, he was able to accomplish this feat while incarcerated in a federal penitentiary. Born on the South Side of the Windy City, he was raised by his mother. In his teens, they moved to Florida. While growing up in the Sunshine State, Sullivan developed a penchant for writing. Though his love for writing, ironically, began as an adolescent writing graffiti on the side of buildings, he has grown into a versatile writer, penning various genres, including poetry.
