Author Biography

Kevin Healy is a serving police officer. He began Karate training in 1977 and was awarded his black belt three years later, and his 5th Dan in 1997. He has been a member of the UK junior and national squads and has trained with some of the true senseis (Masters) of Shotokan Karate. He has become a highly successful instructor in his own right.
