God provided ancient Israel with judges who delivered the nation from sin. Today, many judges turn from God and view with disdain the historical efforts of our early leaders to birth a nation under God. Their attempts to ignore the righteous standards found in the Bible have plundered the nation by robbing it of a moral standard. When a nation becomes blind to the truth of core values, it is only a matter of time until absolute truth disintegrates into the darkness of moral oblivion. When educators and leaders promulgate the absolute that all truth is relative, and that perception is reality, both of which are oxymorons, that nation comes under the judgment of God. The standards that God, who never changes, used to judge the plunderers, judges, and the people of ancient Israel are still applicable. He is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army, a retired Professor of Internal Medicine, and a current lecturer on Biblical and medical subjects.
