Author Biography
Stephen Mertz's 40-year-plus career includes ghosting Don Pendleton paperbacks, authoring his own page-turners such as The Korean Intercept ("an adrenaline rush": Booklist), and creating the current adult western series Blaze! now in its fourteenth installment. He is also the author of the high-octane M.I.A. Hunter series. In short, Mertz is a master of the men's adventure novel. He lives in Arizona and is at work on another novel.
