As I walked along the beach, God was the furthest thing from my mind. Then I noticed high upon the bank that someone had scratched THE LOVE OF JESUS IS REAL. After the Lord showed up in my life and rescued me, I painted a sign on the side of my truck "The Love of Jesus is Real". When a person is born from above, it is like waking up in the morning. Jesus Christ has become real and powerful. You realize love for money and material things have never fulfilled the hunger in your heart. You discover that the love you have been looking for is found in the Divine. Love is calling your name. The depth of God's heart is calling to the deepest part of your soul, a place only God can reach. "When I thought God was hard, I found it easy to sin; but when I found God so kind, so good, so overflowing with compassion, I smote my breast to think that I could rebel against One who loved me so and sought my good."
