Description

Ramen, also known as pulled noodles, is the Japanese food made with wheat noodles. It is often served in fish-based broth or meat and flavored with miso. It is also traditionally served with topping like sliced pork, scallion, dried seaweed and menma. Formerly, ramen had a fixed recipe but as the years went by, noodles lovers became more creative with the simple ingredient. Now we have a variety of ramen recipes and more yet to be discovered.
