Okay, so this doesn't smell the greatest (although at least it is a ‘natural’ scent), but it is INCREDIBLY EFFECTIVE at relieving an itching scalp and psoriasis and works IMMEDIATELY. I experience symptom relief after the first application. The bottle lasts a long time too. This is the only product that settles my scalp when I have itching and flaking. I know it has been on the market for at least 30 years because I've used it periodically since I was a teenager, so that has to speak for something. The only thing I would warn against is do not get this product in your eyes. It hurts a lot more than regular shampoo, and unfortunately, being super runny, it takes a bit of effort to keep it out of your eyes. Anyway, if you have tried other products and nothing is working, then give this a go. It should bring you relief. It certainly works magic for me :-)
