Description

The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts. Volume 136 reports on, amongst others, the decisions (2000–2008) of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in the Awas Tingni Case concerning native land title, the English Court of Appeal 2006 judgment in Al Rawi and the 2008 United States Supreme Court opinion in Medellín v. Texas.
