Description

The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts. Volume 126 reports on, amongst others, the proceedings concerning the Mox Plant (Ireland v. United Kingdom), the judgment of the Court of Appeal in the Abbasi and Juma Case, and the judgment of the High Court in the Kuwait Airways v. Iraqi Airways perjury action.
