Author Biography:

International Corporate Recovery Procedures is edited by Mike Wheeler and Roger Oldfield. Mike Wheeler is Global Head of Corporate Recovery for KPMG. He has advised lenders in both complex and high profile cases particularly across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Far East. Roger Oldfield is a senior corporate recovery partner with KPMG in London and is the current president of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) in the UK. He has been in charge of many major assignments and has extensive first-hand knowledge of multi-jurisdictional and cross border corporate recovery.
